Shipping & Returns

Every Dadhichi order is handled with care. Many pieces may be produced in limited batches or on a pre-order basis, so dispatch timelines may vary by product.

Shipping

Ready pieces are normally dispatched within 3–7 working days after order confirmation.

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces may take 15–25 working days, depending on fabric, finishing and production schedule. Where a product has a separate estimated dispatch date, that timeline will apply.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the shipping destination and courier partner.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. We may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or collections.

Returns

Returns may be accepted only for eligible ready-to-ship products that are unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

Pre-order, made-to-order, altered, customised, discounted and final-sale pieces may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

Exchange

Size exchanges may be considered subject to stock availability and product eligibility. If the required size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details, photographs and unboxing evidence where possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the nature of the order and applicable policy.

Important Note

Because Dadhichi works with small batches, hand processes and limited fabrics, minor variations in texture, shade or finish may occur. These are not defects unless they materially affect the product’s use or quality.
